AI agents research, analyze and reason across this context to help executives understand risks, opportunities and strategic choices. /ppWe want to reinvent how strategy work is done when humans and AI work together. /ppWe are looking for someone to own that experience end-to-end: understand how customers work today, redesign those workflows for an AI-first world, design the product experience and use modern AI tools to help build it. /ppThere is no separate UX or design team.
This role owns the product experience. /ph3The role /h3pYou will work directly with executives, strategy teams and our product team to rethink how people make important decisions with AI. /ppYou will explore questions such as: /pulliWhen should AI ask questions, and when should it start working? /liliWhat should AI do autonomously, and where should humans intervene? /liliHow can users steer, challenge and verify AI-generated analysis? /liliHow should assumptions, evidence, sources and uncertainty be presented? /liliHow can strategy move from periodic projects to a continuous process? /liliHow can complex strategic thinking be represented visually rather than hidden in documents? /li /ulpThis is not about making existing screens prettier.
It is about inventing new ways of working with AI. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliWork with customers to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for AI-native products. /liliDesign end-to-end experiences for Navigator, including interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototypes and usability testing. /liliDesign how people collaborate with AI agents: assigning tasks, clarifying intent, reviewing progress, steering work and checking results. /liliCreate visual ways to work with markets, signals, assumptions, scenarios, risks, decisions and actions. /liliMake AI-generated insights trustworthy by showing sources, assumptions, uncertainty and changes clearly. /liliPrototype quickly, test with users and turn ideas into shipped product experiences. /liliUse tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and AI design tools as part of your daily workflow. /liliWork
closely with engineers to build responsive experiences for laptop, iPad and mobile. /li /ulpWe do not expect you to be a traditional senior frontend engineer.
You should understand enough code to use AI effectively, review and improve what it produces, and move beyond Figma to working product. /ph3What we are looking for /h3pYou may be a product designer who builds, a UX engineer with strong design instincts, or a product-minded builder who has moved toward AI-assisted development. /ppYou bring: /pulliStrong product, UX and visual design skills. /liliExperience designing complex professional software, analytics products, research tools, productivity tools or enterprise applications. /liliThe ability to understand customer workflows and turn them into clear product experiences. /liliStrong interaction-design and prototyping skills. /liliExperience using AI tools for design, prototyping and software development. /liliEnough frontend knowledge to build and modify modern web interfaces with AI assistance. /liliAn understanding of responsive design
