We are looking for an experienced Art Director / Digital Designer to join our passionate team and create strong visual ideas for digital products, interactive experiences and immersive applications.

Your mission

You create strong visual ideas for digital products, interactive experiences and immersive applications. Your work is not just about making things look good — it’s about creating experiences that feel engaging, emotional and memorable.
As an Art Director, you are responsible for the visual quality and visual direction of our projects. You develop independent design visions and help shape experiences that are visually distinctive, contemporary and crafted with care.
You work closely with UX, development, storytelling and our clients to bring ideas to life. We see design as an equal creative discipline within the team — not as a finishing layer at the end of a process.
We are looking for someone who brings their own creative perspective, questions existing solutions and actively advocates for strong ideas.

• Develop design visions and visual concepts for digital experiences
• Create interfaces, layouts and visual systems for interactive applications and installations
• Translate ideas and wireframes into high-quality visual design solutions
• Create motion designs, animated mockups, prototypes and visual presentations
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across all screens, interactions and content
• Collaborate closely with storytelling, UX, development and 3D
• Guide and supervise other designers and supporting disciplines or freelancers
• Present, communicate and defend design decisions confidently to both teams and clients
• Support quality assurance throughout the implementation process
