This project has the goal of replacing the existingintranet platform with a new employee experience solution based on thefollowing key goals:

• Elevating the employee experience to the next levelwith a modern, engaging and fun system
• Greater emphasis on user interaction andbi-directional communication
• Improved targeting and personalisation
• Deep integration with MS Copilot and M365
• Leveraging further value from our Microsoftarchitecture

Project scope is full replacement of the companyIntranet with a new platform

The scope of services includes the following tasks,which are performed independently by the external contractor based on ownknowledge and experience:

• Independent creation and specification of userinterface designs, defining visual hierarchy, responsive layout grids,typography, color palettes, contrast ratios, and modular design componentstailored to the Unily platform.
• Conceptual definition and technical documentation ofclick paths, user flows, navigation logic, and state behavior for allinteractive interface elements.
• Independent design and documentation of standardizedpage templates and modular layout frameworks for specifiedcontent archetypes and business use cases within Unily.
• Conceptual design and layout optimization for mobileviewports, including mobile navigation structures, content prioritizationschemes, and touch-based interaction patterns.
• Development of responsive design guidelines andtechnical screen specifications for visual and functional alignment acrossdesktop, tablet, and smartphone resolutions.
• Technical integration and verification ofestablished accessibility and inclusive design standards within all developedUI components and color schemes.
• Development of comparative design variants andconception of structured A/B testing protocols to validate user engagement andlayout effectiveness for key platform interactions.
• Technical plausibility review of implementedinterface components against the approved UX/UI design specifications, anddocumentation of identified layout deviations or styling defects forremediation by our customer.

Skills

• Completely fluent in English.
• Senior UX/UI Expert with hands-on Unily experiencerequired for the implementation of our customer’s new international EmployeeExperience Platform.

The role focuses on creating an intuitive, consistent,and visually compelling user experience across desktop and mobile.

Key responsibilities include developing practicalUX/UI solutions while ensuring that all proposed designs can be realisticallyimplemented within Unily.
