Freelance Pool — Product Designer (Web & Mobile)

What you will be doing

• Help define problem spaces, user needs, value propositions, and product opportunities for digital products and services
• Contribute to product discovery, user flows, product strategy, prototypes, and final UI
• Support feature definition and prioritisation with a product mindset
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers
• Create clear, implementation‑ready designs and handoff materials
• Work within or contribute to design systems where needed

We need you to have

• Must-Haves
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or Senior UX/UI Designer
• Strong portfolio showing web and mobile product work
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to product strategy, prioritisation, and feature definition
• Solid skills in UX, interaction design, UI design, and prototyping
• Ability to think beyond screens and contribute to product decisions
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams
• Strong spoken and written English
• Nice‑to‑Haves
• German language skills
• Experience in agency, consulting, or client‑facing environments
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise, mobile, or AI‑related products
• Workshop or discovery facilitation experience
