As a Lead Principal Engineer Digital Design in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.

Contribute substantially to the IP strategy in the field of Digital Design Work as part of a team responsible for infrastructure , methodology and automation for IP Concept , Design and Verification Facilitate and encourage innovation across boundaries, both internal and external to the IP design organisation Observe and proactively act on external and internal trends Coach & challenge new ideas , actively balance risks and opportunities and drive decisions Be equally comfortable working with engineers, and engaging with senior managers and their senior technical leadership Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and proposals in both verbal and written formats while confidently influencing stakeholders.

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Lead Principal Engineer for Digital Design, you will be taking a leading role in the definition and deployment of processes and methodologies in the field of Digital IP Design.

You manage your time efficiently, thrive when balancing multiple priorities, and consistently deliver results by staying focused, structured, and proactive in fast-paced environments.

A University Degree within STEM (Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics) area At least 12 years of relevant Digital Design experience from Digital IP design An expert understanding of Digital Design Methodologies and flows Proven ability to develop complex digital designs targeting high speed and/or low power , and an in-depth understanding of the SoC implementation flow Proven ability to solve critical problems with high complexity by proactively involving expert networks, and to exploit deviations in order to support continuous improvement Exposure to some integration of Analog IP Design (as an advantage) Fluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English.
