Verantwortungsbereiche

• Guide the development of complex digital products from discovery through delivery
• Identify, validate, and prioritize user and business opportunities with Product Management and Engineering
• Shape product strategy and support data-driven decisions
• Mentor and advance UX methods and governance across the organization
• Grow UX talent through coaching, design reviews, and recruiting
• Evaluate and integrate modern technologies such as AI and Conversational AI to improve processes and product development

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Several years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or User Research for digital products
• Strong experience in Product Discovery and Continuous Discovery
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in coaching and mentoring other designers
• Ideally knowledgeable in Opportunity Solution Trees, Jobs-to-be-Done, Experimentation, AI-powered Experiences, Conversational Interfaces, Design Systems, and UX Governance
