LANCH creates food brands across delivery, stores, and CPG. It operates multiple ghost kitchen brands and is expanding internationally, including a major store expansion for Loco Chicken.

Задачи:

• Develop and evolve the visual and motion identities of LANCH’s brands, especially Loco Chicken
• Conceptualize and produce video campaigns, product launches, and always-on videos
• Create motion design and video content for social media, ads, and product visualizations
• Produce short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as performance creatives
• Conceptualize and animate digital signage, POS screens, and offline advertising materials
• Animate packaging and products for video content
• Build and maintain motion guidelines and video design systems
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social, Product, and Operations, including creator productions
• Propose video-driven product and experience improvements
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all motion touchpoints

Требования:

• 3–5 Years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, Art Director, or in a comparable role
• Relevant experience in brand-led consumer environments
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy in motion
• Able to work creatively and conceptually on storyboards and scripts, as well as hands‑on operationally
• High quality standards, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and creators
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma
• Experience using AI tools for video production and prototyping
• Motion design and video editing skills, including After Effects and Cinema 4D or similar
• Fluent spoken and written German and English
• Able to work on‑site in Berlin or willing to do so
