Senior Product Designer

Shape end-to-end product experiences for our enterprise and public-sector clients.

• Lead the design workstream on cross-functional product squads.
• Run discovery, prototyping and usability research with end users.
• Build and maintain design systems for client products.
• Mentor designers across the practice.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product design with shipped consumer- or enterprise-facing products.
• Strong portfolio across discovery, interaction and visual design.
• Experience working in cross-functional squads.
• Bonus: accessibility experience and design-system stewardship.

• 3. Work-sample exercise — Take-home or paired session. Your choice.
• 4. Final loop — Two or three short sessions across team and leadership.
