UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UI Designer who shares our passion for space games, action RPGs, and shooter games. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring your creativity and expertise to life, designing user interfaces that will immerse players in a thrilling space adventure.

As a UI Designer, you will be a key player in shaping the player’s experience. You will work closely with the development and art teams to create user interfaces that are visually stunning, intuitive, and truly engaging. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the game’s menus, in-game UI, and other interactive elements.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sci-fi games, and who has a talent for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces. To be successful in this role, you should have expertise in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Zeplin/Craft/Confluence. Experience in UX design is a plus, but the primary focus of this role is UI design.

Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our space shooter game
• Collaborate with the development and art teams to create engaging user experiences
• Design and implement the game’s menus, in-game UI, and other interactive elements
• Work with the team to ensure that the game’s user interface is consistent and meets player expectations

Requirements

• Passion for space games and video games
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Zeplin/Craft/Confluence
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field or equivalent work experience
• You are based in Germany and speak German

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Experience in UX design
