ux/ui designer for a data-driven digital product

• Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing
• Translate user needs and research findings into clear, validated design concepts
• Create user journeys, user flows, and interaction models
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Create high-fidelity, implementation-ready UI designs in Figma
• Work with design-system components, variables, and tokens
• Simplify complex, data-heavy workflows through intuitive UX/UI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and development teams
• Document design decisions, interaction logic, and component behavior
• Assess usability and accessibility and provide recommendations
• Present designs, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
• 3–6+ Years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and design validation
• Experience creating user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design
• Excellent Figma knowledge, including Variables, Tokens, and Dev Mode
• Experience working with cross-functional and/or Scrum teams
• German and English proficiency
• 1-Year opportunity with P3 Digital Services, starting in November 2026
• 90% Remote and approximately 10% onsite in Berlin
