HelloFresh Group is a global meal kit company with eight brands across 16 markets. It aims to change the way people eat and inspires home cooks and food lovers.

Задачи

• Concept, storyboard, design, and animate 2D and 3D motion assets for TV, Digital OOH, Paid Social, and YouTube.
• Evolve and maintain global motion design guidelines.
• Build reusable project templates, workflows, and asset libraries for internal designers and external agencies.
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining brand aesthetics and creative standards.
• Partner with creative and brand leads to present work to stakeholders.
• Guide junior designers and freelancers to improve craft quality.
• Execute precise timing, easing, pacing, and basic sound design.

Требования

• 5+ Years of dedicated motion design experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in 2D and 3D execution
• Proven ability to build production pipelines, style frameworks, and scalable workflows for high-volume content environments
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted animation, editing, or image-generation tools into creative workflows
• Exceptional eye for rhythm and pacing, sensitivity to brand context, and communication skills to navigate stakeholder feedback
• Experience applying and evolving brand systems
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence to navigate feedback and interpret briefs and stakeholders
• Nice to have: Experience in sound design or an intuitive musical sense for pacing and rhythm, prior experience in the food, D2C, or tech sectors
