Job Offer: Teamlead Digital Design & Verification Join our growing team in Duisburg as Teamlead Digital Design & Verification. In this role, you will support project planning, contribute to the documentation and lead a team of design engineers.

Job Description: Lead a team of design engineers and support organizational topics at the Duisburg site Support project planning Contribute to the documentation and enforcement of concepts and methodologies Documentation and enforcement of concepts & methodologies Communicate closely with internal and external development partners Hands-on experience in RTL design and verification Requirements: University degree (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field At least 8+ years of experience in the field in digital design and verification in ASIC/FPGA context Solid understanding of semiconductor fundamentals and mixed-signal integrated electronics Professional English and German language communication skills Hands-on experience with System Verilog or VHDL Practical experience in employee management Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment Basic knowledge on UVM methodology Good to have skills: Basic experience in project management Experience in development, documentation and enforcement of design methodology Location: Duisburg, Germany Employment Type: Full-time (up to 40 hours per week) About us: Racyics® is Europe’s leading design service provider for mixed-signal system-on-chip design and turnkey ASIC services in advanced nodes.
