Задачи

• Own the user interface design process from concept to implementation;
• Lead design from discovery to implementation, balancing speed, quality, and impact;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to align design with business goals and technical feasibility;
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and refine design decisions;
• Drive design critiques, stakeholder discussions, and alignment sessions;
• Contribute to product direction and alignment with business objectives;
• Set high standards and drive improvements across the team.

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience designing mobile-first products;
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI and UX work;
• Outstanding visual design skills with attention to detail, hierarchy, and accessibility;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Data-driven mindset using research and analytics to guide decisions and measure success;
• Understanding of front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Proactive, impact-driven approach with the ability to work in fast, iterative environments;
• Nice to have: experience with motion design, gamified elements.
